To solve critical fulfillment delays for a B2B client, I led a mobile-first overhaul of their legacy warehouse system. I conducted on-site user research to map complex workflows, designed a highly intuitive UI in Figma to minimize clicks, and developed the entire Flutter application, delivering a solution that streamlined logistics and boosted staff efficiency.
